If your not serious this is great, You can park where ever. You can get all kinds of breaks. This will be great nothing against handicapped people. But you can have the bet of both worlds.

I watched a program called idiocy and it was talking about how terms like moron and imbecil are all terms from IQ tests and that most people fall into those categories.
