Hyperponic Grow Chamber: Chptr 1

Hey guys,

I'm near completing my first growdrobe for my 'official' first grow. I call it the 'Hyperponic Grow Chamber', which is a play on the name of the magical training chamber Goku and others used in Dragon Ball Z. I'll be using this wardrobe from Ikea, Aneboda Wardrobe. I've been slowing putting it together over the last few months and even though I'm nearly finished I'd still like input, comments and suggestions.

All joints on the wardrobe have been sealed with silicone and acrylic sheeting will be used to cover the front to create a door/window into the grow. I'll be using a 50cfm Panasonic Whisper vent fan on a scheduled thermostat to control the smell(carbon filter) and heat. It will also feature 2 200mm computer fans for air circulation and cooling.

I'll be using 2g DWC and a customized 180w LED panel from Bluesea. I'll also be using a 2 Purple Kessil H150 and some smaller DIY panels for spot lighting under the canopy.

Not sure how many plants I can fit in here. At the moment I'm guessing no more than 3 bushy plants. What about taller, slim strains, I'd imaging I could get about 8 plants if I went for strains with huge single colas. Any suggestions on strains and capacity?

Here are the pics so far:

Wow, thanks. I got every idea from RollItUp and bubbleponics.com, I could not have done it without all the smart people here and there

Good Luck.

Thinking about using a RO system. Any have experience purchasing used RO systems? I'm thinking about buying one from Ebay. Are they difficult to setup?

No, the bagseed will stay in coco. I thought it would be a good introduction before I sprouted a purchased seed. I probably won't use RO water for the first few grows, but I'd like to consider it in the future if it can increase yield or quality.
