Are you planning on flood and drain or DWC? I've used GH flora series for a few yrs and love the stuff, unfortunately tho the price for a qt cost around $8, if you add shipping, personally I find it too expensive, so for my next grow I've switch to GH maxiegro and maxiebloom, seeing it's from the same company I have great faith in it.

I was planning on just letting my water pump hose constantly run with a constant water flow. And where can I get a hold of these two products?

I'm still not sure what system you plan on doing, sounds like flood and drain, you say you're using rockwool and pebbles, do you mean in pots or a flood table? not sure constant feeding is wise, I grow in pots filled with rockwool gro cubes and only feed my plants twice a day.

I have mine in pots also. so how exactly should I hook up my water pump and tubes?

Your pumps should fill the pots 2 maybe 3 times a day, tubes should be aimed to the side of the pots, make sure they don't spray on plant itself, it will rot the stem, have good drainage, once pots are full pump should shut off and allow nutes to drain out completely, the cubes and pebbles will stay moist, thus only need to feed 2 to 3 times.
