Hydroponic newbie help

I dont think he's a reader. He just wants to grow lbs.

The one link alone that I gave him has the answer to every question he's asked so far.....But the questions keep on coming.

dude nvm, i was in a hurry yesterday becuz i was going to shopping for the parts list. but i read it last night and i dont have anymore questions. sorry. didnt mean to ask that many questoins, just like to have conversations on helpful topics, nvr no someone might have information thats not in the growfaqs, that could help

yea im watching ur grow, and im gonna be asking u questions about my grow, btw today i didnt buy hydrocorn for my net pots i bought Sunleaves silica stone. look it up and tell me if i should use it or go with the hydrocorn stuff.and i bought 5 and 3/4in net pots, wondering if i should go back and buy bigger ones, or if that will do. thanks guys

o and wat size rez should i get, like how many gallons do u guys use

idk just show me the good and the best. this is for a dwc and im also building a aeroponic system in a tote.
i wanna a nice tote, but its gotta be able to use one dual bubbler and hold 3 plants

wat should i get for TDS PPM measurements. my hydro shop gots a reader for 40 bucks. but what if the reading is high or low, do i have to buy something to put into it. this is something I couldnt find in the growfaq, maybe its in there and i accidently missed it.

can someone answer my questions pleasse. visiting hydrostore 2moro and i need to know! thanks
ALSO....... i only got tap water right now that is about 6.2ph and idk what kind of water i should use. i hear people talk about the osmosis water but i dont where i can get that. can i get those big ass jugs of water and use that, they have them up at homedepot for 15bucks. any help. if its possible can i just use tap water?

You'll need meters if you want to know whats going on in your solution. Maybe later you wont. But most beginners do.

Meters arent cheap. Especially at a hydroshop. But thats one of the best places to get them from IMO. Make sure you buy meter calibration solutions for each meter also.....and additional $20-$30.

Tubs for DWC should be as dark as possible. If not a dark one. Cover it with something to keep light out. Panda Plastic works well (ask your hydro guy).

Res size for 1 plant should be 3-5 gallons. Do the math for how many plants you intend to gro. Dont go crazy with res size. It doesnt move itself. Water is heavy weight after about 10gal. Moving it to dump may be hard. Up to you. The bigger the tub....The more air required to oxygenate the water. 2 pumps and more airstones may be required.

I personally prefer buckets. For many reasons.

dude ur the only guy that actually takes time to answer my questions, u dont need to me to give rep, u already know i appreciate it alot, and im watching ur grow 2 . Man here ive been thinking guys have been using 40gal totes, and here im flipping out at walmart cuz the biggest one they got is 18gals. But now u mention the bucket thing, i think ill use buckets, theyll save space and make the cleaning process easier
also do u know anything about the water question my man. and my hydro grow is dedicated to you my man

damn u posted so fast i went to go edit my reply and u already commented back.
ima just pick up some buckets 2moro and pick up a tote for my aeroponics(since i already built the damn thing outta pvc) what size buckets are u using, u mind showing me a pic or someshit. also the water question were i ask about what water to use, i dont kno where to get ozmosis water, wondering if i could use tap water or jug water
bsi if u could look back a couple post and see where i asked the question about using those rocks instead of hydrocorn and give me ur opinion on it please. your opinion matters!
