Hydro yellow leaves brown spots

Sup peeps my little seedling has gone all fucked up. The leaves are yellow and they have little brown spots all over. I would add some nutes but I thought it was too early. Any ideas?

It's my first hydro I assumed you need to wait a while before adding nutes with such a young plant?

Add some nutrients. 1/2 strength week or two, and then follow your feeding schedule. You can run 1/2 strength your whole grow. It's up to you.
Water doesn't have any real food in it. It's like you trying to live on air. No Food.
