hydro to dirt

i've got a dwc res with 6 plants in it
4 x g13 haze
1 x diesel
1 x wonder haze

i'm realizing what an asshole i am - actually i realized it after about 6 or 8 days, but...
at this oint, the plants have been in flower for about 3 weeks

the roots grow about 5 - 8 inches past the nets

i'm seriously considering simply lifting the net pot out of the res and placing it into a bag of FFOF

someone come up with a REALLY GOOD reason not to do this

i can't imagine why it would hurt the plant, but it FEELS wrong

a vote of confidence is mostly what i'm looking for

also - what the fuck was i thinking?

i've had GREAT success with wonder haze in DWC - it LOVES it

these other strains...

the diesel doesn't care - literally

the haze is starting to take off

the 4 g-13 haze... COVERED in orangish colored spots and losing all green im fans except for the veins which have turned green - the petiole is showing the faintes purple - no necrosis at all - no stem discoloration or woodiness... i brought up my cal/mag/iron and added nitrogen - this got the WH and Diesel looking good - the mag did some obvious good - the leaves flattened out for me...

i'd really like to put them in dirt

any suggestions?

Put 'em in dirt, nice mild dirt with good drainage. I think they should make a recovery.
thanks man

so - like maybe FFOF bottom 2/3 of bag with some light warrior on top and actually plant into that?

that's prolly what i'll do - add some perlite to the FFOF and actually ball the roots(so to speak) in the FFLW - let em grow into the FFOF

I think you'ld better try a couple first, i had a small plant started in dirt, at 1mo i washed em off and put it in a dwc, poor thing didn't take well, seems the perlite i used holds way too much moisture, it was drownding more than growing, so back into dirt and good-night Jane. Poor thing should have been left in dirt. Anyway, i don't think it's possible to go from water fead to dirt, successfully.

if it's a matter of types of feed, i use the same for both
fox farms big bloom and grow big
because i use r/o water i often need to supplement - i use MagICal mag/iron/cal and a nice 2-0-0 nitrogen boost for flowering plants

some thrive alive b1 red - rooting and all-around health

that's it - i use all of those in dirt, dwc, flood/drain and sometimes just sitting in water with hydrogen peroxide
