2 weeks in
i posted this and got not much action on my problem
so il try here help is really needed

ph is 5.8 but seems to go up everytime i check it after a flood?
freinds with same strain but in soil are at 1000ppm by 2 weeks
with no signs of burn guess hydro is different

light are way up over three feed but n def thats a thought im using just the abc flora GH im having issues stablizing ph, any thoughts on advanced nutes
they have a ph buffer. I dont read much on those nutes, im going to do a flush tonite

there is ph buffer in your stuff man how well did you flush your hydroton did you soak it and flush it with PHed water when you did it because that is VERY important I use AN BTW and im telling you your using GOOD shit for hydro lucas formula is business man stick with it. Im going to go back soon. I like AN but way expensive for very very very little to no better results.

As for your problem looks like burn man hydro is dif than soil soil takes a way higher ppm because it holds the shit in there for a long time these guys are drinking a lot a day and that high ppm stuff constantly washing over it not good. Nut burn for sure.

What you are experiencing is called drift and is perfectly normal. Get you PH to 5.5 and then watch it climb up to around 6.1 before you readjust. Just adding new RO water should help you stabilize doing top offs somewhat. With Lucas though you can also top off with 1/3rd strength nutes, you'll just want to keep an eye on your PPM's and back off if they rise too much.

A PPM of 1000 is way two high for a two week old plant. If you are going to go with the Lucas formula and you plan to put plants in to flower after two weeks you will want to start out in the 400 range and adjust week by week only adding a small amount until you reach a PPM of about 1300. This however is based on using RO water.

What temp are your nutes being distributed at? It's also very important to keep those temps in check.

yea Deff big nute burn/lock out goin on, shows signs of mg and N defic. Soil is different then hydro, those roots are directly and always in the formula aim for 200-600ppm at this early stage

It could be drift but i still say hydroton wasnt soaked in phed water before use because that is what causes the most ph fluctuations i know i did it to myself like a dumb ass before. Wont make that mistake again.
