Hydro feeding help!

Iv got a question who can help???
i am about 10 days into my seedlings cracking and for the next couple of days they will b under cfls, i am using formulex at the mo but will soon be using ionic grow, bloom & boost..
on my food it sais to use 7ml per Litre every week..! but iv been told by a friend to use quater of 7 for the first week then built the strength up to 7 during 4 weeks??
what do i do??? (if i do this what happens when i need to feed for 7 weeks ??)
iv known people to put 7ml per Litre evry week and it still worked...
iv done alot of research but this has been gettin to me since sum1 said it and confused me lol..
i need to know coz i need to start feeding !! cheerz..

I'd say, Listen to the person you've been 'told' by... Start out slow. Build them up to the full monty.

I would put a line in the res so you know where your 'regular' water mark is. Check it every day or every other day... When they start drinking you'll know. Then you can increase the amount slowly... You won't really need to do this until the roots hits the water, then if everything is cool, BAM they'll start to grow. Patience my friend... just chill and let them do their thing.

I think what you should do is start from page one of the Stealth Hydro Bubbleponics thread, started by 'Roseman'... There's a lot of repetition after say page 200 because most people don't like to read. But trust me... Start ON PAGE ONE, and read everything. You'll learn a lot.
