Hydro choice question

Hi everyone. I have a question for you experienced hydro growers. I am on my third crop grown in soiless mix (pro mix and perlite), under 600 watt hps with co2 right now and am looking to increase my yield.
First grow Master Kush grown SCROG style, 9week veg, average 3/4 lb per light
with 4 plants per light in a 3 1/2 x 4ft area
Second grow Master Kush grown LST style, 5 week veg, average 3/4 lb per light
with 6-8 plants per light in a 3 1/2 x 4ft area
Third grow Master Kush grown SOG style, 2 week veg with 25-30 plants per light
in a 3 1/2 x 4ft area. Not done yet but hoping to get to a pound a light.

My question is if I switch to hydro using the SOG style of growing which is the best hydro method to use and will this boost my yield to over a pound a light. I am leaning toward ebb and flow or NFT. I want to increase my yields but also want to KEEP IT SIMPLE. Any tips or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Top drip, Drain to waste. No res changes like flood & drain. Get a decent cycle timer for feedings.

Ebb N Flow.

Running ScrOG with Ebb N Flow, you'll easily pull over a pound per light.

Ebb N Flow is simple, yields great, and nutrients are recycled so you don't just pour nutrients down the drain.

You can also dial into your grow with a recycling system by reading movements in PH and EC/PPM.

You can't do that with drain to waste.

Much less waste with drain to waste. Dumping a res every week or two wastes way more. Just going by my firsthand observations.

Are you lost?

Ebb and flow has always produced the best for me. Rockwool cubes and slabs are very cost effective and has one of the best O2 holding ability. More O2 more roots, more roots more bud.

People always think more plants per light will increase yeild. You should try one plant per light if you really want to break that 500g mark. My numbers are hitting almost 600g per light if you use grams per watt.

Sorry but more plants DOES = more yield, by the time you've vegged that one plant a SOG grower would of already harvested once and be ready to harvest the second time, maybe even be on the third harvest.
