I found buds that dont look dry and still burns. is this hydro or how do you think they cure it? and the bud looks fresh

How it's dried and how it's cured, mostly.

A bit more information would be good such as are the buds crispy on the outside, and damp when you squeeze them. Are they wet to the touch?

Perhaps you have straight fresh buds...if you paid for them then you got ripped. Or they didn't dry/cure them properly to save moisture which will short you because less wet buds are needed to weight the same as drier buds. How does it burn? Taste bad or harsh?

it doesnt matter how the bud is grown its the curin process that counts

what aabout using the incubator? the smoke is smooth and choker status. only get the good stuff
