Hundreds of little bugs...

I found hundreds of little bugs on my plants!

They are maybe the thickness of a human hair (at most), about 1 - 2 mm long and blondish in color.

Under the microscope the look like a shrimp without the fantail, they have a clearish body, 2 tentacles on their head and the have wings.

Can someone please tell me what they are and how to kill these little fuckers!?!

They are thripe.

I think I read use neem oil or get ladybugs? Is there prefered method to get rid of them, hopefully something that will make them suffer a little?
