Humidity

No it shouldn't. At that stage it is more likely that the plants are experiencing senescence, end of life. Yellowing fan leaves is natural at that point. However, you should still have green on the leaves until the end of cycle. If the yellowing is happening very quickly, it could be possible the plant is underfed or has pH imbalance in the root zone. Pictures and more info about feeding/medium/pH would help. But no, 50-65% humidity is ideal (depending on temperature) and should not cause any problems.

I’m using the same nutes and ro water in another room without issue only difference is I’m running co2 in the problem room floranova nutes promix hp medium fabric pots getting no runoff when watering ppm around 800-1000 ph around 6.5
Oh nice. I use promix HP too. Hmm ppm and pH looks good. Usually I water my plants to 20% runoff. Having no runoff could be an issue. Maybe the problem is nutrient build up in the roots? I would water with a light nutrient solution until you get plenty of runoff.

Also I cant tell if you're using pot elevators in the pics but IME its really important to keep fabric pots off the ground. For runoff and air pruning.

Part of the reason I don’t get runoff because it soaks back into the pot in seconds but my other room isn’t having these problems and I’m also using fabric pots

with the pot elevators that can't happen cause the runoff drips out. before i started elevating my pots off the ground i had all kinds of problems.
