Humidity will not go under 50%, even with 2 dehumidifiers, please help!!!

The room is 13x13x8. 28 girls, drip system, runs about 2 mins, 4 times per day, plenty of fans, air conditioner also its in a sealed room.

Dehumidifiers are frigidaire 50 pint and frigidaire 70 pint.

Because I dont have a drain, I have to place them about 1.5 feet off the ground, allow the continuous run to run the water to a collection bin outside the room. (could this be the issue? because its high off the ground)

I dont know if its because of placement issues or what is going on.

Or should I blow the hot air towards the air conditioner, so it could be blown around the room better (or maybe even cool it down a lil bit?)

I have co2, which ive read at 50% is great, but im worried about flowering right now, its 4 week of veg. Please someone help, I dont want to get a third dehumidifier, I have to be doing something wrong, but I dont know what.

Your humidity is fine if your 50%, fuck if your 60% your fine if you have the circulation of air your talking about.

I have the same issue, Well its not so much a issue.
55% is the best I can get with my 300W dehumidifier running 24X7.
Never had any PM or rot issues. Just need to keep a fan on them also.

I just basically run 70% during veg. Last week of veg try bring it down to 60% to get the plants use to it which has the dehumidifier going every 30-40mins.
Then during flower leave it running 24/7 which gets me down 55-58%

your dehuey placement and drain out is fine.
aim fans at the air, not equipment or plants for best results.

Nothing wrong with 60% humidity in veg. Take a look at VPD chart. It is the relationship of temp and humidity. When they are in correct relationship the plant stomata open up allowing the plant growth to accelerate.

They are co2 bottled, not generated.

It's not blowing cold air, it's blowing hot, I was just wondering if I should blow it in the direction of the air conditioner, to keep the temps down.

I've read the I should have it about 40% for flower, that's my main worry

the reason you want it that low in flower isn't because its good for your plants, its to stop things like botritus and powdery mildew from being a problem in your patch. my humidity during flower is usually in the mid 50s. i have one oscillating tower fan than runs during lights out, and a lot of air moves through during lights on, i could probably run 70 rh with no worries. as long as you have decent air flow and keep things clean, you have no worries if you're a little over the "magic rh number"

In northwest, so it rains everyday. Temp in the morning is approximately 75. By midday it's 80 and by time lights turn off it's 82-85. Humidity is between 65 - 75. I can't get humidity lower than 70 from noon on. I can't add more dehueys due to amperage(maxed out). Found powdery mildew on 3 fan leaves. Very concerned.

Need humidity between 45-55.

Have you thought about going sealed? Or dampers on the exhaust system? Moving air way above the canopy and way below the canopy also helps, not just moving air inside the canopy.
Its been my experience that if i see a small amount of powder its basically just a matter of time. In a room that size it'll drop the gut.
Another option is sulfur burning right after room sterilization for 4-5 hours days before the new crop goes in.

I guess it's the cold ass dry air around here.

I was just wondering if you guys are running your rooms in the basement or on concrete slabs?
If you are and your not in a fairly new constructed home, you probably are suffering from moisture intrusion through your masonry and it will always stay damp there, unless you mitigate the problem with some sort of vapor barrier.

Oh, turns out it was because I was using a VPN. My bad.

About the OP's humidity problem, an AC will itself condense a lot of water, are you removing that somehow? For dehumidification in hot regions I wouldn't recommend dehumidifiers because they put out a lot of heat, since the whole compressor unit is inside. It would probably work better just to use ACs as cooling and dehumidifying combined. In the summer when my AC is on the humidity is always under 50%. Just gotta make sure it's tilted back so the water runs out the bottom of the outside part onto the ground. This is just a cheap little AC I'm talking about, not really designed to drain from any particular place I guess, just happens to run out some holes in the casing. I don't know how other ACs might work but for me my AC is my dehumidifier and it works perfectly for the purpose, in addition to cooling.

Mongo Frog: We sealed it the best we can. I've done experiments with the registers open and running the furnace fan only. It drops the humidity by about 1-2%. We then turned off furnace fan and closed all registers.

Bakersfield: We are growing in doublewide manufactured home. Under the structure (in crawl space) there is a vapor barrier between ground and underfloor.

I use to grow in Seattle back in the 90's, in a cool dank basement.
I had to ventilate constantly to keep the rh in the upper 40% range.
If your ventilating 1000 sq ft I assume you are growing a lot of vegetation, especially if 4 dehueys can't handle the load.
I'd recommend more air exchanges to combat the high humidity. Drop the dehumidifiers and any co2 equipment you might be running and save yourself the headache.
Maybe install a a 12 inch 1700 cubic feet a minute inline fan for exhaust and a slightly smaller intake running 24/7. If that is not enough install another.
You'll save a ton of money not running 4 dehumidifiers.
