Growing seeds can be quite a stressful thing for a newbie. This is what my friend Pedro did that worked just fine.
1. Take 2 or so seeds from your pack
2. Take a good sized napkin / kitchen paper towel and fold in half then half again so it's about 6 - 8 tall and about 1.5" wide.
3. Place seeds spaced out on paper towel and spray with PH balanced water(or tapwater if you so wish)
4. Fold over top of seeds and spray down until dripping wet i.e. soaked.
5. Place in ziploc and then in a completely dark box / bag or container.
6. Place somewhere, where the temperature will stay consistently between 23 - 29c or 75 - 85F i.e. on top of computer monitor under a nice hot CFL etc
7. Leave and check moisture and seeds once a day.
8. When seeds crack and look about this big 0------ (seed is round part, tap root is dashes) place the seed with the tap root down about 1/4 " into your growing medium.
Done and done!
You need humidity between 40 - 60% anything lower will affect the quality of your bud / flowers.
I would recommend checking out stealth cabs and learning how to search! If you can't do it right, (which you can) then don't do it at all, save yourself sobbing into your pillow every night
