Humidity Issues

Hey guys, I've been having issues keeping humidity down in late flower.

I have a 3x3' tent with a 65 gallon no-till bed (with a thick layer of mulch), blumat soaker hoses (buried under the mulch), and a trellis for scrog.

I've got a 4" variable speed (195cfm) exhaust fan as well as a 100cfm for my intake. Only reason I don't have passive intake is because there isn't much room around the tent. It's in a cold storage room and right against the walls on 3 sides.

I currently run a 60 pint dehumidifier in the basement on a controller. It was working okay in the summer, but as it gets colder, it doesn't work as well.

Any tips/tricks to help keep my humidity down?

Definitely don't let those temps drop when the lights go out or PM will pop up. Stay above 70F for sure.
