Humidity Issues

Hey guys im in the midst of a green o matic setup and having issues keeping the humidity high. Ive got a 4x4x6.5 tent with a 6inch inline fan and a 600 watt mh bulb running right now. I have also included a giant ass humidifier. I can't seem to get the humidity above 30%. any recommendations or tips?

Buy another big ass humidifier .. I have 3

OR mist the tent but im not sure if that'll create mold after time .. Ive done it a bunch and it works .

I went out and bought a second humidifier and im sitting around 40% humidity now. What is the ideal temperature and humidity for green o matic?
