Given the room's small size, a dehumidifier is out of the question. A decent sized exhaust fan high in the room and passive air intake should get you in the area. One nice thing about such a small space is that you can completely replace the air in less than a minute with a pretty small fan. Your temp and humidity will be very close to the area of the house the room gets its air from. I would get an oversized fan and a speed control. A 500 cfm fan at 50% speed makes MUCH less noise than a 250 cfm fan at full speed.
