my closet is bout 57-70% humid i cant afford no expensive dehumidifier i have a fan on high all day long is there something else i cant do till i cant get a dehumid. plants r in there veg stage bout 1foot each i have bout 7-9 plants

This summer my grow area was at 50-90%...lean a few newspapers against the walls..paper will pull humidity, especially newpaper..your levels aren't that bad...

Also what I found helped was to shut off lights and leave door open for 15 min before sealing up...when the heat dissipates humidity usually drops...
 
You want to have 50%-60% humidity for the veg cycle, so your doing all right there. Depending on what the ambient humidity is you could try to upgrade your fan, of course depending on what your using now. Or leave your grow room door open more often to get an average between the ambient humidity. You can also try to make a homemade desiccant depending on the size of you room. heres a tutorial on how to make a silica gel pack, like the ones in allot of consumer goods that control moisture.
