I don't think is possible to burn skin from that distance... even with the 200mW
and if someone would ever try to burn me with a laser I would provably reply with an old tool called gun...

BUT... you can go out there and burn all the fucking speed cameras!!

a high power 350mW green laser pointer is really very awesome. anyway,it is quite necessary to know enough safety measures while holding it.
