Ok, so yesterday the girls were relocated into another closet, and we've gone from 2 t5's to 1 t5 and 3 75w cfl bulbs, supposedly putting out 1200 lumens each. I know cfls suck, but it's a smaller closet so I'm working with space restrictions...I'm lucky I got the 1 t5 to fit in there diagonally.

Measurements today: Agent Orange #1 - 13", AO #2 - 14", The Church - 16.5", Chocolope - 10.5", Kali Mist #1 - 13", KM #2 - 7.5", KM #3 - 15.5", Space Queen #1 - 11", SQ #2 - 9.5", SQ #3 - 9", White Rhino #1 - 9", WR #2 - 9"

As you can see, I'm at the point where I can either move a couple of the girls (The Church, KM #3) into the big tent, or clone them. Since I'm not set up for keeping moms or cloning, I'm not sure what to do here...arrghh.

Ok, so today I moved The Church into the flowering tent under the 600w HPS. I need to move more soon but I'm out of BioTerra which is a problem. Agent Orange #1 + #2 were cloned, along with Chocolope, Kali Mist #1 + #3, and Space Queen #1 + #3. I'd like to keep a Space Queen and Kali Mist mom if possible...but that's a shot in the dark right now since I'm not even sure if they're female and I've got limited space...we'll see. Everyone was topped except for The Church and White Rhino #2.

New measurements after topping...or not:

AO #1 - 11.5"
AO #2 - 11.5"
The Church - 16.5"
Chocolope - 6"
Kali Mist #1 - 7"
KM #2 - 4.5"
KM #3 - 7.5"
Space Queen #1 - 5"
SQ #2 - 8"
SQ #3 - 5"
White Rhino #1 - 6"
WR #2 - 9"

I took quite a few large clones, hope they all do well...

Ok, Agent Orange #1 + #2 were both transplanted into 3 gallon Smart pots filled with BioTerra at 13.5" apiece, and introduced to the flowering tent. A bit early, but eh, there was room.

I'm trying to get away from plastic in my life, so if these Smart pots work out well I'll change the flowering room over to them, but it'll cost more since they have to be replaced every few months and cost more up front. We shall see...they are bigger and round and allow for more root growth.

The Church is now 26" tall...that's almost 10" in 5 days.

I took the CFL's out of the veg closet and crammed the 2nd T5 in there in a sort of criss-cross pattern, we'll see how that works.

Excellent choice with the Smart Pots, I believe they last at least a year and are around $5 apiece. The Aeration of the roots will increase yield but more watering is needed !!!

"crammed the 2nd T5 in there in a sort of criss-cross pattern"

Is that a good idea ?? What is the height difference between them ? Did you get some expert advice ??

Do you have the height to do an inverted V configuration or teepee top ? Then you wouldn't have to go diagonally and could use multiple lamps on each side increasing the light 3X plus

Didn't you convert a closet to a growspace ?

Peace

I'm not sure it's a good idea, but it seemed the only way to fit them in there and spread the light around the closet. I did convert a closet to a growspace, but just had to move into a smaller closet/growspace. It's not as long or tall. 4 25w lights 2' long would be better, but I'm not ready to drop $100+ on different lighting again right now.

The downside of the Smartpots is that it takes half a bag of Bioterra to fill up 2 3 gallon pots! For 12 plants that'll cost me $60 in pots and $75 in soil soon..eek. I'm trying the 1 gallon pots on my next veg grow if I can afford to.

How about go buy the smaller smartpot now and save on the soil and sell or donate the larger smartpot to a fellow MMJ patient.

Moved Kali Mist #3 into the flowering tent today...it's full now, need grow #5 to finish before I can fit any more in there. The Church is almost as tall as I am now...

Space Queen #1, (15.5") Space Queen #2, (15") and Chocolope (15") went into the flowering tent today. Only 3 remain in veg...waiting for more space to open up in the flowering tent...time to start grow #7

Ugh...yellow spots. I've got yellow spots starting on the bottom and spreading up the fan leaf of every plant when it starts showing pistil growth in flowering. WTF? Why Biocanna? why? I'm following the damn dosage instructions...

Well, the spraying did absolutely nothing and the entire crop is going to hell, there are still both fungus gnats and spider mites all over everything, and it looks like they'll completely kill everything before the crop is done. The Church is already almost dead.
