That's a very inneficiant reflector. You'd be better of running the bulb horizontally with some type of DIY batwing. Just google batwing reflector and you will see how easy that is to make.

if you grow virticaly you dont use any reflector

thats all up to you their is not just one way to do this i grow horzonl in veg virtical in bud

once you grow virtical you tend not to go back i will not

the way i was thinkin i was losing some light but thats just me

you got to be able to come up with something better than that. it will grow but it could def. be so much better than that
