Growell here in the Uk have a 400watt at between 120cm to 60cm for hps in their chart. Ive always found my smaller flowering plants do better with their longer distances.
Not many in the Uk do leds anymore and their flourescent/propogation chart needs some serious work.
Random light distance post, would assume led is about similar. You get a bit of stretch at these distances but ive always thought this a stretchy ass plant not short and bushy
