I would say its pretty far gone. Its burned for sure. aside from the dead growth look at the leaves. The raised ridges in the leaves is signs of a nitrogen overdose

yeah it had an overdose on nutes during week 4 but ive since flushed and all the new growth looks good. heres another pic . check my journal(link in my sig))

its prlly small because its only under 3 26watt cfls 2700k and i only vegged it for 4 weeks because height is an issue. i dont kow the strain its and indica ive been told
