Hows my plant looking/ Couple questions.

This is a 2 week old plant just transplanted to its final home a 5 gallon pot.

2x4 Closet grow
Running 24/0 of light
Yueme cob 265 True watts
Sensei grow A and B

My question is:
1.How is the plant looking ?
2. When do i start LST since i just transplanted like 10 min ago
3. can someone link a article on how to LST?
4. How much water should i be feeding atm? would a water bottle full be enough?

I don't see a need to LST yet, I would wait IMO.

That medium looks moist to me. I wouldn't water yet.

looks good to me I start LST as soon as I can I would be starting now if it was mine but some people wait till its a little bigger as for watering I I grab a bucket and see how heavy it is if light I water ..as for training LST youtube has tons of how too's

Its smarter in the long run to veg them bigger and healthier in my opinion. Over a year your yields should increase compared to before. A lot of strains need extra veg time to produce properly

I understand a longer veg is good but why not LST while doing the longer veg ?
