welcome to the forum. It looks fine, a little stretched, but hey you can prop it up if it starts to fall over before you get better lighting. Doesn't need fertilizer yet, the cotyldene leaves are still there and will supply the nutrients as they die and fall off. What you should be doing is reading a lot of grow journals from folks that have done what you are starting. Then formulate your own plan. You will need to find out when and how to transplant, how to clone, etc.
