Which chemmy nutes in happy frog are you referring to?
idk but theres some in there idk what id have to look at the bag its a little chemmy not bad but its definetly not organic i assure you. i can just tell from the taste once cured. cuz im ran 100% organics for awhile. slightly taste the happy frog imho. not bad just not AS SMOOTH still smooth af lol bongsmilie however i did notice that soil mites looove the woody stuff in the happy frog after i finished my grow and dumped my soil outside. compared to my organic grow with the roots organics 707 and they didnt eat that up after i dumped the soil out as much at all. maybe just the woody stuff in the happy frog but the soil mites are slghtly beneficial and they love organic matter. but happy frog does have some chemmy nutes in it. the ffof is even more chemmy i dont like the ffof. the happy frog is good soil though organic enough for me the coco loco is the best just more watering and i dont use it outside cause its heavy in the coco but i love coco inside just too hot outside where i live to run the coco loco. id sat the coco loco is the most organic one i believe all it is is coco worm castings, bat guano i think :fire: :eyesmoke:;) and a few more things plus ur myco fungi and stuff. though its BS expensive where i live compared to the good ol happy frog. i got 14 ounces in the happy frog 100 days veg 62 days flower one plant 14 gallon tub in a 4x4 tent. prolly coulda done better and shaved some of that veg time off. i like this soil but i prefer the roots organics 707 as its honestly better when its fresh and hasnt sit in the store for a fucking year. mainly just to say im 100% organic as well lol. their all very loose soils u want loose soil so the roots will grow qiucker like the coco loco especially. happy frog is a lil woody i like the happy frog though and wouldnt ever knock it but i dont prefer the ffof cuz it lacks perlite. i have seen it grow some good weed though in the ffof for sure i mean id buy it if it was my last resort and they was out of everything else. plus it costs more like the coco loco does and shit i got bottled nutes to feed them so i buy the cheap good ol happy frog like i got in plants in now and they stink nicely:weed:.

fox farm claims theyre organic i believe.... or ive heard people claim it is organic i remember when i had my first beer lol.... its the dumbest thing ive heard since robert paterson played batman.... :bigjoint: their bottled nutes are traasssh

i use it cause im running 3 gallon pots and i was desperate slightly. still a good soil. and with this strain the nutes will be sucked out of the 3 gallons by week 4 easy on 24/0. so onto my own nutes and not taste the happy frog as much as with a bigger pot and soil left at the bottom unused a lil all thru flower

flushing whether or you do it which it will only help imho if you have a salt buildup i never flush cause it doesnt make a difference the way i grow and my weed is very smooth. no popping while smoked, white gandalf ash, cough on exhale only and expansion smoothly especially in the 707 roots organic soil.:bigjoint: you cant wash away EDTA out of the ions of the plants like the flat earthers here think lol . unless you got some magic water from someone like jack and the bean stock except magic weed seeds or water instead.:eyesmoke:

when i handle it it makes my hands itch after awhile the silver/white flakes are what probably is. could be anything but the worm castings prolly. idk not a scientist. if it doesnt have a verified label organic label its not organic its what they put in to keep the fertilizer from spoiling. just cause its oyster shell or bat guano doesnt mean its organic oyster shell or bat guano.

"After using this product, always wash hands and exposed skin with soap and water."

organic soils wont do that i handle the 707 all day and eat a sandwich with slightly dirty hands lol when moving plants outside to their final place. i can taste something in the fox farm soil.

I get it. Everyone has their own opinion.

Nah, if I was gonna go soil again, I'd get bas 3.0 again. It's a lil pricey, but we'll worth the extra, imo.

“ Organic “ is subjective …

Potting mixes run all over the place - amendment sources change - soil formula changes - npk numbers change - yada yada yada.

Trying to be “ chem free “ is rather moot as your water sources have shit in it ( literally ) and forever chems.

FFOF doesn’t have to have some arbitrary “ label “ to be a regular choice in growing . Everybody got their fave. I like Recipe 420 ( Eb Stone ) it grows plants fine.
Non “ organic “ amendments like perlite is just processed volcanic glass.

“ Aged forest products “ are wood scraps / mill shavings / ect.

Skin irrigation would be from allergic contact. Individual sensitivity issue not a universal problem… Its a nute dense soil not like playing in yard dirt.

organics isnt subjective its either organic or its not organic lol. i didnt say it didnt have some organic matter in it did u not read what i said. theres just stuff in their soil that is on the chemmy side. any grower whos been at it a long time and grows organically will agree. i mean it does say to wash your hands with soap. like i said its organic enough for me on this grow. i suggest you look in the organic growing section if you think fox farms is organic 100% . like making teas etc. i wasnt saying dont use the soil we were talking organics not like im not gonna smoke this weed im growing in the happy frog its not bad. if it has the omri label its organic and thats what the plants want. last grow i was 100% organic. not subjective 80% lol i was fully natural the whole grow and it was smooth kronic. ive bought chemmy weed before and imho its not fully fit for smoking but that just me man. plants cant process EDTA.
