How to use bennies+myco in ebb and flow?

What a fucking week it has been...

I started flower on my first grow this past monday (7/26/21)
2 blueberry and 1 white widow in ebb and flow under GLS 300 LED lights w/ Jacks bloom formula and 1 airstone in a 17 gallon reservoir (RO water)

I made 2 huge rookie mistakes. I over watered the rockwool and I forgot to harden the plants to the new light, stressing them out and raising the temp significantly, which led to algae in the res and, you guessed it, some form of root rot. I cut back on watering and turned the lights down to roughly 15% when I diagnosed the issue thursday, I went and picked up some 34% peroxide and added 5ml per gallon to the reservoir, let it settle, then top fed about 500 ml per cube and un plugged the timer at (roughly) noon on saturday to give me time to further research the issue. the attached photos are from friday, I have been extremely busy with work and life, so I havent even seen the plants since then to see how they are doing. I touched the cubes in the dark and I am disappointed to report they are still moist, however I didnt smell anything out of the ordinary.

So, I have purchased some southern ag bennies and a water soluble mycogrow that should come in tomorrow, hopefully just in time for my reservoir change. I have read a shit ton about these products, and yet I am still somewhat confused on the dos and donts of using them with a rockwool cube ebb and flow set up.

Should I give them another peroxide treatment before adding the bennies and myco? Would myco do any good in the resovoir or do I need to top feed it? Can I just use the bennies to treat the root rot? Should I cut back on nutes this week? Are bennies compatible with Jacks?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time - TB
