1st of all why are you sitting at a pc but are still not able to find shit like this ???
do people not know how to search these days, anyway this should help, take off a branch at a time and pull off the leafs or use scissors leave on the good stuff or small leafs with thc ok, this link will also help, so many people doing things on this site BACK TO FRONT, why not do a little research and read up on these things before hand.

yo dude sorry for that rant i have been off cigs for 2 weeks and weed, and another 5 days to harvest, Really No offence hope you got sorted. i need to fall the fuck back. chill.

pretty much all you need is a sharp pair of cutters, i recommend small ones, and cut the leaves back to the bud but not all the way, for all the left over cuttings that have resin on them, keep that, let it dry and use that for junts, blunts or cooking, keep the buds for bongs and pipes....
it is recommened by many to let trim all the unnessesities from the branch yet leaving the bud on the brand until it dries, i believe this helps with the bud sucking up the last of the goodness, not sure
as for drying, try dry ice, only takes two days to completely dry to smokability, no lie

btw cfls can VEG plants very very well when @ the correct high from the plant my mate uses a 250w cfl bulb and has it about 2inch's from them and @ 2weeks there were massively bushy and a nice height not streched at all if u used them properly to start with pal and listen to people's advise more u wuld have not had the problems u had to start with xD anyway good luck
