How to transplant from hydroponics?

I'm in the middle of growing a northern lights plant in hydroponic beads, but the roots got too big for the pot and now I need to transplant into a new pot. How do I transplant her out of the beads without hurting her?

How are you growing the plant,saying its grown in hydroponic beads i think implys that your using HYDROTON which is reddish brown kiln fired clay pebbles/rocks,or that the plant is growing in glass beads allmost like childrens marbles.

Either way all that tells us is what medium your using & it speaks nothing twords what method & style grow is used.
