How to time flowering around vacation

I'm going away for 8 days in 10 weeks. I have a Sunset Sherbet that's just passed 6 weeks veg, and I was going to flip it this weekend. However, I'm realizing that if I go for it right now, there's a chance that the plant will be finishing up while I'm away.

I have someone to water and monitor the tent while I'm away, but they'll just be using pre-mixed nutes/water. They won't be harvesting or anything strenuous/complex.

What would you do? Veg another week or two? Or flip it asap and hope it finishes before I leave?

Flip it now and it more than likely won't be done by the time you leave.

If you have the space let it veg for 2 more weeks, have someone care for it while away and harvest after you are back and it's ready.
