How to slow vegging

Im a small set up and often my girls get overgrown in veg without intense training. Im growing rolling clone stock so cant just delay the start of veg... im on 24 hr light used to do 20/4 but timer broke n i just didnt prioritise the replacement. I dont think just going less light but not enough to flower is the answer but what might i do and keep em happy but not rockin in veg?

in regards to slowing them growth down you could give them less light but really if there growing to tall then all you need to do is train them and thats really all you should need. you could even keep them in 1 gallons to make sure they dont get to big

Not practical but you can lower your temps and the plants will go dormant and stop growing. Only do this as a last resort and for short periods as your plant will be unable to take in nutrients and will start showing deficiencies

Make another set of clones off your toppings and repeat so you will always have one ready to go into flower. Good for perpetual grows.

best way to slow the growth process . let my woman water them ! she says she does but shes to high to rem if she did or not .lol weaker light and topping . dont go to weak or the plant may start to do some funky stuff .use cfl

I do. I top and bend em... was just curious if there was any "off the beaten track" methods...

if there were tricks that worked.......they wouldnt be called tricks:hug:

all kinds of things will slow metabolism. Take a look in the newbie threads, google "vegging plants Stopped growing, rollitup) for some great tips used to initiate plant ills :P
