Day 10 of flower for 4 hso blue dream and they already stretched 2.5 even though I top them 3 times.

What can I do to slow down growth?
I hear that switching to MH helps. Can anyone confirm that?

it does help some. if you really want them to stop, get something with cold water kelp extract, and spray it as a foliar. it contains cytokinins, a plant growth regulator that promotes short internodal spacing and thicker stems. not pushing vegamatrix products, but they have one called "hard n quick" designed to do just that. i've used it in the past, and it works.

Why slow it? That will only stunt the plants.

If you are running out of room just super crop them. Basically just pinch the stems and bend them over. You work the stem between thumb and pointer finger like flattening a straw. Work the stem and soften it. The bend them over. If the stem breaks just put a piece of tape on them.

The stretch only last so long.

You could probably get some benefit from manipulating t-dif.

leave it bent over, if you did it right, it will rise up a little but mostly stay bent over, while feeling like it belongs there, it shouldn't be floppy. not the end of the world if it is, but you didn't do it quite right

Do you leave the stem bent to the side or you bring it back up?
Leave it bent ever which way. Sometimes it almost laying down. When you do that everything else takes over as growth tops. The bud sights turn. If you have a long flowering strain and multiple plants they end up being one intertwined ball of shit but it works.

Last one I did was several eldorados and in the end they all together looked like 1 big block of shit bush but they had a flat canopy

Bend t and up then light. Work with what I got by the sounds of it your either like me vegged way to long or new.

Option pinch and bend aka super crop and lower the light to with heat tolerance

Or

Fuck it and hand the branches of string

Both work well
