Sounds like you did the first harvest the right way if you are re-vegging. I use the same soil and the same pot for the re-grow.
The plants are flushed 2 weeks before harvest so the soil should be pretty much neutral when you start to re-veg. If re-using
the same soil bothers you just cut off the bottom of the pot and place the whole pot on top of another pot of dirt. The roots will
soon travel south and be in virgin territory. I re-veg with 18/6 lights unless I got autos going at the same time. Then the lights go
to 20/4. Note -- I hope the plant is half it's pre-harvest size or shorter when you start to re-veg. Even a 4 week re-veg will have the
plant grow to it's original size while flowering. Note II -- Most re-grows produce 150-200% of the first harvest. Reason is that you will
be harvesting many more but smaller buds the second time around. With some strains I can reliably count on doubling the yield from
first harvest to second. Note III -- re-grown plants will also finish a week or more earlier the second time. I'm guessing that's because
the smaller nugs don't take as long to mature.
Good luck, BigSteve.
