how to keep res temps low in outdoor DWC grow

i am growing peppers/burkle plants, i using black/white poly sheets wrapped around them, and coated in foil tape, but i know as the ambient air temps start to rise here in SD the pump will pump warmer air into the buckets which will raise the temps. what i am looking for is a way to pump cooler air to the res.

SD in as South Dakota? If so east or west river!? You could bury the buckets a few inches into the soil I bet that would keep temps very stable!

oops, san diego, and i live in an apt with a west facing balcony so.

Put the air pump some place in the shade so it doesn't take in hot air.
