How to grow a pound?

This might be a stupid question but is it possible to grow a pound in a 2x2x5 grow tent with a 250 watt hps light?

how do you guys grow a pound?
how many plants do you need?
what techniques or methods used?
soil or hydro?
organic or non-organic?

if things go right, you might get a QP in that area with a 250.

Maybe it's possible, with probably at least 15 years experience, aeroponics, best nutes, CO2 enrichment.

It would be 2g/w, while others is really happy with 1g/w. You should aim for something like 100 grams per 250W light if you're growing first time . If not - 150 grams is perfect for beginner.

You would need somethin like 1kw lamp for pound, if growing in pots, normal nutes etc.

I am, of course, talking about cured stuff.

i was shooting for half a pound in my setup by scrogging 4 plants in 3 gal pots =/
