so anyway i got 4 plants and to be safe i used 1/2 a bottle of fabreeze on each plant. cant smell the plants even up close and they have a lovely sparkle to them.the fabreeze cost me a few quid so a good cheap job done.

i am gonna give you the best simple answer

takew panda film and stretch it over the door. use velcro to make it stick
all the way around. put a 2 by 4 on the bottom with velcro as ell so it seals the closet.
then get some ducting and a small carbon filter an inline blower and you are 90% ready to go
take a 4 foot piece 3 inch ducting and lay it out take a rezor blade and gut a x into the pands film 2 inches and press the 3 inch duct into it it should be tight.
then make aa 3 inch hole somewhere else up high and stick a 4 inch duct into that one this is your out.
hook the blower up so it blows out the hole.

what you want is this

filter with a blower sucking air through it and blowing it out of the 4 incy upper hole.
the lower 3 inch is pasive air intake

what you are looking for is the panda film sucking into the grow room
if the panda film is pulling into the room you have negative pressure and you will have no smell!

i already spent $$$ on carbon filters, but that helped exhaust, not the whole house. I doubled my air velocity by removing filters and my wole house smells fresh now.
SO, WHY NOT ANSWER A QUESTION INSTEAD OF ASKING ANOTHER?
WILL PROPER CURING & DRYING REMOVE ANY FEBREZE COMPONENTS ?
i am gonna go out on a limb and say no!

you should not use fabreeze in the plant room itself

it will get itno the plants i think.
it is for passive use outside
if you simply create negative air pressure the problem is resolved.
lower the air pressure in the room and filter.
problem solved.
panda film is your friend!
