how to get people to look at posts

ive been postin threads and get quite a few lookers but very little comments just wonderin if im doin something wrong

put "+rep for any useful answers" in the thread title

I notice you post most of your questions in 'Newbie Central'. Most of the members that hang out there are, well, newbies.
You'll get more hits and more accurate responses if you post in contextually appropriate forums. Good luck!

Put that little yellow icon with the exclamation mark in your topic title works to. Makes it look more urgent. Like the other guy said newbs shouldn't answer other newbs most of the time so they don't.
