How to embed?

Can anybody tell me how to embed a youtube video in my post? Does it involve this trackback thing I see below? Thanks in advance.

I'm only familure with embeding youtube vids. If thats what you need then here's how you do it.when you find the vid you want to use - go to the url at the top & copy everything after the first = sign.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vghxllzOx90&feature=fvst, (the blue text) - next you put it between the two ][ signs with no spaces of the youtube embed code.
I'll PM you the code - its not secret, but when you try & put it in a post it trys to embed *nothing*.

you just press the insert video button. its located on the task bar of quick reply and advanced. copy paste post. its 3 spaces right of the big A.

I figured it out. In case anyone else has the same problem, paste the URL not the embed code!
