How to Dry buds without curing????

Ok thats the answers I was looking for. Now my question is how do you slow dry for 2 weeks, after 4 days mine start to get very crispy on the outside but the inside is still moist

Controlled Environment. 60-65 temp, 50-60 % Rh

Drying too quickly can also lock in a 'grassy' smell/taste
