How to check PPM in soil ?

I have been trying to figure this out now for a few days ?
Well, it's really simple; but you don't check the soil; until you mix it with H\2\0=Water !
So you need to buy a PPM Meter; and that's it; right ?

lmfao ppm and tds meters are for hydro you only need a ph meter for water and soil for dirt lmfao
