How To: Blender QWISO (Hash Oil)

Holy smokes....you did one thing right, and that was putting your iso in the freezer. You did so many things wrong I don't even know where to start. Did you not read a any tutorials before doing this? I hope this is your first attempt. Next time, 15-20 second soak, strain the greens out, then through an unbleached coffee filter. Seriously though....where the hell did you get the idea that 4 minutes is how long you are supposed to soak? Every tutorial out there says 20-30 seconds maximum. Shorter soak = Better quality. And this is not worth doing with the amount you had.
 
what if he wanted to go for more weight on large scale iso's i always did a minute soak to get some green in their for weight

if i want full melt ill get out the bags or my butane rig

as well iso vapor is gotta be great for the lungs lol

I'm sorry that you care about the final weight. You are defeating the purpose of a concentrate if you soak for longer than 30 seconds. For iso anyways, even a minute soak is way to long, sorry but I'm just not down to concentrate the bad things with the good. I do get full melt with my iso, and bho, and bubble.

ie

ear wax

amber glass

gumby hash

dry sift keif

presesed keif

dry ice hash

bubbble hash

pressed dry ice or bubble hash


alls welcome in my book
 
When did I ever put down other types of hash or say I don't like them? I'm lost....

I did say that I do prefer quality concentrates...but any type of concentrate can be quality or garbage.

its still concentrated just has plant material like dry sieve would...

for example gumby hash is dont through sedimentary setttling theres tons of plant material in it and ends up just like the qwiso i did long runs on i like gumby because i can smoke it through a normal pipe with out much of the oil runnin through the screen

thats why i have oil rigs and stuff for smoking oil ifi want oil ill make it

if i want maleable hash ill make it

if i want dry hash ill make it

Smoking marijuana flowers has a lot of shit that is unhealthy in it. The reason I make a concentrate is to reduce the amount of carcinogens and such. When you soak the plant material for that long, you will still get high, but yes it is complete garbage because it's contaminated by the things you want to leave out when making a concentrate. It could just be that I'm biased because when i first started making qwiso I had a product that looked like that and after smoking a lot of it....just felt really bad. Again...I know there is contaminants in bubble hash/qwiso/bho...but when I make it I like to reduce the amount of contaminants as much as possible. Can you respond with out being so...idk stuck up?
 
lolokay i thought this was a thread about qwiso not a lecture about the concerns of carcinogens

listen kid i smoke every day all day im not worried about carcinogens if i was id be vaping im not im combusting

so take a chill pill and get off the rage pills

okay like i said your a purist

you like it nothing but

i dont mind alittle plant material

as im smoking loads more and smoked tons of mid in my day

i make concentrated forms of the stuff to smoke less material thats all

i just dont get the point in getting bitchy when if you like it one way thats one thing but when someone else likes it another way....
 
Hey washed thanks for all the bumps and views, but you're missing the point of the extract.

It's a cheap, wholesome way to get every bit of THC out of your material. I don't care that you think the organic matter that comes along with that final bit of THC isn't worth it, I think you're foolish for wasting THC/CBD/Ns.

I was raised quality over quantity in every aspect of my life. So I guess the same applies here.

You think I am foolish for wasting the last bit of thc/cbds...while I think you are foolish for actually caring about that last bit, sacrificing the ending product...

Take a couple close fan leaves, let them sit in iso for 4 minutes...then let that dry out. All that green sticky oil contains no psycoactive compounds...and that is what is diluting your qwiso when you let it sit for so long. You can call them "organic matter" if that makes you feel better....but that organic matter is exactly what you don't want to be smoking in the first place...

I would much rather save my lungs...and grow some more buds...then soak my qwiso for that long.

Agree to disagree...that's all there is to it.

you have made some good points.
i would like to add,the whole point of concentrates is to "try"and only get the good"glands".
when doing iso,any green is bad,i would think.

even dry ice kief,if you use the right bag,you will have lil to no green matter.

but what ever works for you,works.

i wasnt aiming for just the glands when i did a minute soak

thats my point

if i was going for just the glands i would fuck all the iso work

and go to BHO like i usually do

i make exceptional wax

but to be honest i like to have gumby like hash or dry black pressed keif if im on the job or anything
 
Yeah if I wanted to make quality hash, it wouldn't be ISO, I'd run some BHO.

Simply put, this method is the most cost effective and most guaranteed to get every bit of psychoactive out of your material.

You still don't smoke as much organic matter as just smoking the buds.. and that's what counts.

I made this tutorial knowing pros where going to come in here and bash it, but honestly you guys don't do any kind of ISO runs any more if you can afford the butane, or like some perfected water/ice extractions make ISO obsolete; so I have to wonder why you even came in here :lol:
 
it all smokes the same,and this method is not the most cost effective,by any means.
no one is bashing your thread,30 sec shake,pour in pyrex dish,let dry,amber glass.

and you is a pro,its just hash,easy as hell to make.
