On avg. how tall do you let your plants get (in 5 gal of soil) before you flower? Indica and Sativa.

in all honesty, it depends on which strains you have, how much time you have on your hands, the height of the room and what your light setup is.

it depends on how much i want to water them.

i've done the following:

16oz cup from seed and clone 12/12 from day 1. up to 24" you will need to water it at least 2 times a day and 3 at mid growth.

1 gal pot up about 36" and lots of watering.

3 or 5 gal 4 to 6 feet.

The bigger the pot the easyer to grow but it takes more space.

here are two plant the same age both clone from the same mom at the same time. the left one is vegging and i will put it in a 3 gal pot soon. the other (tall one) has been in 12/12 for three weeks it will stay in the 1 gal pot. both rooted about 5 weeks
