How should i approach these plants?

So I have 4 plants that were being grown in amended promix that had ewc and compost and Down to earth amendments.

I recently realized I've been overwatering these girls and they are taking like a full week to dry out.
I was thinking of switching them to the floraflex salts I have before flipping to flower to make my yield in the tent a bit higher.

Should I be worried about salt buildup since I cant really water till runoff or I'll have to wait a week to water again?

I'm in a similar situation. My soil is too heavy and doesn't like to dry quickly. I've been watering to run-off still...and waiting the 4 days to water/feed. Why? Because when I didn't I found my plants were sick from lockout. Ended up having to flush the soil and return the PPM down to earth, etc. Since then, it's lesson learned and a 4 day cycle.

you have fabric pots.
get them on a stand so you can have air flow under them instead of having the bottoms blocked with trays.
Then put a fan on the floor blowing at the pots
IME with 5 gallon fabric pots, they will dry out daily

If you are just watering an organic soil, there is nothing to build up. Just things to run out of.
I just water mine till i see a bit of water coming out the bottom of the pot and stop.
