How screwed am I?

Hello everyone. Im on my first grow and I just recently put my plants on a 12/12 cycle. However, I made a real bonehead move and put the light cycle on when im not home...ever. I know the plants shouldnt be exposed to any light while theyre in the dark, but does that include flashlights or the light from a cell phone or anything else that would actually let me see my plants. Any input on the topic would be appreciated. Thank you.

give your plants 24hrs of dark and after that set the 12hrs of light when your home, that keeps stress to a minimum

get a green light bulb and you can work in the dark.. plants dont "see" green light so you wont have to change your timers...

ive heard the green light spectrum dose not wake them up.but do some research on this cause im not 100%

sorry for the jack ...but can this be done say 60 days into flower..if needed..say lights are on at 9 am off at 9 pm ..if you put them at 24 hrs dark..can the light schedule be switched to on at 9 pm to 9 am safely..?
