how old do you think they are?

Hi,
looking at photos of other grows in soil makes me think mine are too Little for their age, so i am probably doing something wrong :-/
but id say they look healthy...

-Can you take a look at the photos and make a guess considering your experience?

Im trying to lst them. I put the germinating taprooted seeds within 1-3 days delay into soil.

Is that one plant showing any signs of sex? I marked some spots that look different, something is building up there besides the new growth -i think, and its only on that node.
A friend told me, since its growing so much faster then the others its probably a male :-(

The one in the black Container was germinated weeks later and is femmed. The others r bagseeds from a friend who doesnt know what it is.
And how Long do you think I should wait untill i flip the light?

its hard to see if there is a preflower there. try to get a closer shot if possible. Flipping to 12/12 is totally up to you, typically height you have to work with and your own patience are the biggest factors in that decision. If I had to geuss I'd say 3 weeks since sprout.

thx for ur reply. I didnt realize you could not zoom in here, did you look at it with the full Picture or at my new zoomed Version? because getting better and closer shots is kinda impossible with my mobile cam. 3weeks since sprout means "time it its showing green"? so minus the time it needed to penetrate the soil, right?

yes 3 weeks since breaking soil. I tried zooming in on the photo but couldn't tell. it should take at least 4 weeks to see the sex though so I'd geuss its still too early

Thank you. I put those taprooted seeds into jiffypellets on sept 20th +3days (the biggest plant sep 20th). So thats like 30 days for the oldest one maybe -2 days for getting above the jiffypelle, so thats like 4 weeks. But when i look at this: https://www.rollitup.org/led-other-lighting/682663-56w-hans-panel-short-box.html two last Pictures in his first post its day 25 from total, his look much bigger, dont they? Why :-/ :( Or in other words what could i be doing wrong? Temp @ 25-26°C, never overwatered i think, used biobizz lightmix soil then transplanted later into allmix, feed them 2days ago first time with biobizz grow. Each plant lost like lowest 2 leaves after transplant, but everything is healthy and green, no burned tips no nothing (except the lowest leaves).

yea but its more like 4 weeks :-( (seeds put sep 20th into soil) indica means more Couch lock rather then high? oh noes...

another silly question, if id flip them now, how much do you think i could yield if the light is "ok" and i dont do too many newb mistakes, or is that question too silly and far fetched? does "more" indica always mean more Couch rather then high? +addon supersilly question: if its not for meds why would anyone prefer indica over sativa (beeing locked down and sleepy vs high and fun times)?

Indicas in general pump out frost and are dense..makes good bag appeal..much of that frost is made up of aromatic plant waxes and terpines that don't necessarily add to the high. This makes for a harsh more congestive smoke that has a lot more flavor and smell.. they generally are higher in cbd and can make you feel more anxiety relief, a bit looser and warm and cozy. Many find sativas too racy or simply aren't looking for that high...much of this is subjective

I myself grow landrace sativas and that's really all I can help ya with

Hi, had the idea to put a magni glass infront of my camera and made new photos . Can you see something specifically sex related already. I think that Little something "is something" or is it to early to see wether its going to be a"ball on a stick" later or not?

i marked it in the first pic with a red arrow, that Little stick-like Thing, you can see it in the other Pictures too, its neither part of These 2 "Spikes" next to it nor of the normally occuring fresh growth in the back of it. At least i think. Whats that if its not part of preflowers? Also if you look at the last pic in my first post, should i either fim them/ a specific one, top them or just stay with lst/or still wait for max yield?

as for topping/fimming, it's totally up to you. I don't fim but I do top some of my plants, as for yield I'm really not sure what the best bet is

Don't fim
Slows my plants down noticeably..stresses em out a lot more too, the next set of leaves to come out usually has part of the leaves missing and show frost on that set

I don't know, but IMHO that does not look like female preflowers......sorry buddy, but if I were a betting man , I would put my money on it being male....no offence intended
