How often do you run your circulation fan?

I have mine on half the time the lights are on. Its on a timer on 15 min, off 15 min. Exhaust is running constant during light cycle.

Just wondering what the norm is. I assume to strengthen branches, circulate air ect, it doesnt need to be on that much.

most people I know run a circulation fan in the room 24/7. Makes for better co2 use and overall circulation of new air.

always on when the lights are on as cronic1989 says co2 needs to be moved around. (They don't use Co2 at night.) I always have a fan on at night and it moves the ceiling air above the room to maintain a steady temperature and uniform humity. Moving air and ventilation are the keys to bug and mold free growing.

Yeah I was gonna say- they dont use CO2 at night, but then I remembered they do use 02, so I guess its important for that. Hmmm, maybe I'll put it on a timer for every 15 min over night also. Trying to save energy. And for whatever reason the temp goes up when the circulation fan is on. And when its off, and only the exhaust is on it goes down. I was expecting the opposite, but wasnt sure until I got it all going. Same goes for both shelves of my box. The little veg shelf has a big flourescent power compact, and its not air cooled obviously. The flower box has an air cooled 250 watt hps.
