Heres a pic of my Uncles Ketch (top) and my dads sloop (bottom). Off Musgrave island. Uncle did some time in an American gaol doing a Canada- American pot run some time ago, not sure it was this particular yacht though.

Should be a good lake and river unit for one or even two at a stretch. Depth sounder, a few rd holders, plastic backed seats and an additional electric motor. No boat ramp needed

You are inviting opinions, right?
If you just want to get out on the flat water river or lake by yourself or with another in areas that are not developed and without a boat ramp for launching, I'd go with a canoe. If it's single handed fishing or short two-person fishing trips you are after, that boat looks pretty good if you don't mind the buzz of an outboard, gas, maintenance and all that goes with it. In smaller lakes, it looks like it could be a good little row boat.
