I just need to know how much ash i should add to my soil my plant is 3 weeks old. And i realize the ash has no nitrogen but, Its in nitrogen rich soil

Wood ash is a very poor source of potassium or potash. It is impossible to say how much to add as it depends on type of wood etc.
