How much water ?

I was wondering how much water do you put in a plant thats 5 days oold cause i dont want to make a rookie mistake you know and put too much water
 
i jsut dont want to over water i want to kno the amount of water to put in and does all the soil on top and bottom have to be completely moist
 
thats it doesnt look like much to me for a plant that needs a lot of food to grow but thanks also i have a question is a 7w 2700k CFL and a 100w UV good for veg until flowering i dont want that plant to big i just want a good quite amount of personal bud:)
