How much water and how often

Once i pant my seeds id like to know when i should start watering ,how often and how much water....thx

I am not growing this year but my friend does it 2-3 times a week

I'm currently on my first grow. But this is what I have observed so far. In a 3 gallon pot, I water roughly 2L of water every 4-5 days. The plant is looking healthy as ever.
I'm assuming this is your first time. You can't really water your plants based on how others do. Everyone has different environments. The one rule of thumb is to stick your finger into the soil. If it feels dry, then you should water. If its still moist and the soil sticks to your fingers, give it another day or so. Plants will be able to handle without water for a couple days, the main problem people are having is over watering. You want to water enough so that the pot drains a bit of the water from the bottom.

Above post sounds good to me, make sure the soil is dry before you re-water as over watering can lead to roots rotting, which no one likes. Also forcing the roots to search for water helps them expand.

I use the weight method. Feel it dry, and feel it wet. Then I use the force. It works for me.

Same here, I just pick it up to check if its dry or moist.
